We need skills in aquaculture. Running a fish farm is not about just feeding fish and mucking out. There is a ton of work that goes into the farm on a daily basis, maintenance, building, re-building(!) and reporting. Recording, weighing, testing, learning, trouble shooting and hands on practical experience all make up the parts of a fish farmer that separates us from ordinary people.

We are happy to train and apprentice people on the farm, but being a start up operation with a very limited budget it means we can’t pay you. If however you have the skills we are looking for and the sense and the practical abilities to work with your hands, problem solve and you can grow fish we’ll bend over backwards to accommodate you in our operations or the industry at large.

That’s it. If you’re interested shoot us an email with the subject line ‘apprenticeship’ so that we know you’ve read this far.
